House Smoked Barbecue!
Smoked daily and served while it lasts, our house-smoked barbecue brings bold, comforting flavors to the table. From tender beef brisket and pulled pork to sausage, turkey breast, and St. Louis ribs, each platter is slow-cooked in house and served with classic sides like slaw, pit beans, cornbread, pickles, and BBQ sauce. Prime Rib
Prime Rib is a Publyk House weekend tradition. Our Prime Rib is slow-roasted to bring out rich, classic flavor and served Fridays and Saturdays in our historic dining room. On Sundays, it’s available in limited quantities while it lasts, making it a favorite worth planning around.
